This programme has been developed after seeing first-hand how individuals within an organisation need to be heard and valued when making change.
A discussion with the organisation is held prior to the training to identify a project or process of change currently happening which can be used as a think tank for the group. This is important and it allows the group to have a voice in change and have their opinions valued by the organisation.
This is a two day initial programme with a follow up day within the month.
