Personal
Sessions are delivered on a one to one basis, where through discussion and thought provoking questions the client can realise their full potential.

By covering everything from stress triggers, relationships, confidence blockers and the image you present, I will help YOU identify and change the negatives into positives.

The results will speak for themselves as self-realisation takes place and YOU grow.

This is very personal and can become emotional as the client accepts and identifies the blockers to their personal development and happiness.

So if you want to change your life, turn those wishes to reality and be the person you truly are this is for you.

1st session is 1 ½ hours, following sessions and 1 hour. (Ongoing sessions will be discussed at the end of each session).

Image Consultation

 Are you wearing the right styles and colours? Do you know if you are? Do you have a wardrobe full of clothes you hardly ever wear?

If the answer is yes then an image session is for YOU

The clothes you wear make the biggest impact on how you are perceived, the colours and styles define who you are and can boost your confidence.

Your image is what defines you; it does not have to be expensive as by selecting the right styles and colours you can achieve a wardrobe for every occasion.

It takes 30 seconds for you to make that lasting impression, so get it right…Sessions are 2hrs and on a one to one basis.I will deliver small group sessions if required. Timings and costing will be discussed at initial contact.

Groups
Delivering Life Coaching to a group is one of the best ways for the individual to develop. This development occurs when the realisation hits that you are not alone. Each individual will learn and grow from the groups experiences, and confidence is built on this foundation.

Discussing stress factors and to combat these alongside everyday life is embedded in the sessions focussing on mindfulness and image.

Identifying life goals and putting in place realistic plans to achieve these are just part of the process. Overcome fears and learn the skills to promote the positive you. The sessions are gender specific therefore the concern over certain topics is avoided. Excellent for groups of friends, work colleagues or complete strangers.

These can be booked as a package or book on individually when advertised.

Each course is eight sessions long and follows a structure based on the groups needs and identified areas from the first session.
