Mentoring
Two day course on building a sustainable mentoring process within the organisation. Individuals will be trained in the mentoring process, gaining skills to allow others and themselves to develop.
The course allows the individuals to take ownership and create the process within the organisation rather than being aligned to a ridged programme.
The programme is designed to fit around the needs of the organisation and its staff to ensure the best outcomes.

After the two initial days there will be half day feedback session to answer any and queries to ensure a smooth Mentoring programme.
